Pinot Noir Gran Reserva 2016 Casablanca Valley - Case 6 bottles Vineyard:All fruit is from our own vineyard, located within the cooler, westernmost areas of the Casablanca Valley. Sourced from blocks on Northeast and Northwest facing slopes on a mix of red clay with granite. The vines are clones 115 and 117, planted between 2000 and 2010. Yields averaged 3.5 tons per hectare.

TASTING NOTE
Bright ruby red in color, the nose exhibits aromas of red forest fruits combined with notes of earth and bramble, a bit of caramel and spice from the time spent in Slavonian oak. American wood contributes sweet notes evoking vanilla and coconut. Medium-bodied, fresh and balanced, elegant tannins and a long, clean finish.

Pastas with red sauces such as bolognese, poultry such as duck and quail, sauces based on fungi or nuts.
