A great Chardonnay from the cool Casablanca Valley, recognized as one of the best places in Chile for this variety. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve all their aromas, then undergo alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and are aged in French oak barrels, both new and used, for 8 months.

Enjoy now or store in a dark place horizontally for up to 5 years after harvest.
TASTING NOTE
Aromas of red apples, green plums and a touch of brioche and toasted coconut. Full and dry, with a round mouthfeel and good length.

Cheeses such as camembert, goat cheese and Fontina D'Aosta.
Pasta and seafood such as Ravioli stuffed with spider crab and ricotta with basil pesto.
