This wine is a great exponent of this renowned Chilean variety that finds one of its most typical expressions in the alluvial soils of the Maipo Valley.

TASTING NOTE

Deep purple-red in color, this Cabernet Sauvignon is characterized by aromas of cassis and mint, with some notes of dried figs and raspberries, and from the oak barrel it expresses notes of vanilla and spice. The tannins are ripe and integrated, and it is a dense and concentrated wine. It is an intense, ripe, complex yet elegant wine.

PAIRING

We recommend this wine with fatty meats such as grilled sirloin steak or leg of lamb with garnishes such as roasted pumpkin or sweet potato with vanilla notes.
