Sparkling wine made under the traditional method of secondary fermentation in bottle. BO comes from the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards planted in Las Dichas, a place influenced by the sea breeze that brings a unique freshness. Bo rests on its lees for 18 months in our cellar.

TASTING NOTE
Slightly straw color with small bubbles. Aromas of green apple and lemon zest give way to toasted bread roll and honey. On the palate a sharp acidity is balanced by an almost imperceptible sweetness. Long, clean finish.
