This wine comes from a few vineyards selected for the high quality of their grapes. The sandy soil and the sector influenced by the cold sea breeze give this wine a unique character. The grapes were harvested by hand and fermented in different containers, both steel and wood. The wine was aged for 10 months on its fine lees with frequent battonage.

Enjoy now or store in a dark place horizontally for up to 10 years after harvest.
TASTING NOTE
Golden yellow in color, the nose exhibits notes of green apple, dried herbs, yogurt and honey.
The palate is creamy and fruity with medium acidity and a mineral finish.
PAIRING
We recommend serving with seafood such as salmon with mushroom sauce, sea bass sautéed in herb butter or baked seafood with cheese.
